I started my coaching career almost 20 years ago. I’ve enjoyed teaching the game I love since 2000 and have gotten to watch many of the players I coached grow up into great men. I’m not just teaching them the game to become better players, but also to become better human beings using the game as life experience. I have trained and coached players that are playing at a college/university level and some of them at the professional level. I’m looking forward to many more years of creating great soccer players but most important, excellent human beings for our society.

My coaching philosophy is to focus and emphasize the development of the players/team to compete at the highest level and to promote soccer with academics so; players can get scholarships for higher education.

"I love teaching soccer and enjoy watching them having fun playing the game"

I was born in Mexico and moved to the States when I was 17 years old, I played soccer at the amateur and semi-pro level in Mexico and Southern California. Unfortunately at the age of 23 years old a back injury ended my soccer career, after that, I started teaching my own kids the love and passion of the game and a few years later, I was coaching teams till now.

I love watching soccer games at any level, my favorite teams are Pumas. Mexico National Team, Real Madrid and lately LAFC. My favorite player is PELE!

My family is the most important thing I have and enjoyed spending time with them when I'm not in the soccer environment. My favorite food is seafood (Nayarit style) and Italian food!

Currently, I am training and coaching 3 teams (Boys 2009, 2005 and 2003)
