Performance training is a program focused on developing players’ strength, endurance, speed, and athleticism while minimizing the risk of injury. This training is led by Coach Maverick Lozano who has designed a program to enhance the abilities of all Legends IE players around the following performance training concepts:

Teams are encouraged to attend as a group for an extra training session in addition to their usual practices. Individual players are encouraged to attend on their own to give themselves an advantage on the field.
When: Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 PM & 7:00-8:00 PM
Where: Contact your coach for the daily field assignment or spot Coach Maverick setting up cones and equipment on the assigned field space.
